See something broken on your block? Photograph it, or say it in one line. That's a Spark — the city notices it the second you post it, time-stamped, placed. It's where everything starts.

2 · Talk.
Neighbors jump in — English, Spanish, Chinese — and hash out what the block actually wants.

Say what needs to change — one sentence is enough. The AI drafts it into a real petition, addressed straight to your alderperson. Neighbors edit it, own it, sign it.
