Founder ยท Bridgeport, South Side

I'm a South Sider. Born and raised in Bridgeport โ€” Mexican-American, first generation. This is my neighborhood. These are my streets.

I built Wildfire because I got tired of complaining about City Hall and doing nothing about it. I watched contracts go to the same connected firms. I watched alderpersons ignore emails. I watched good neighbors give up because the system made them feel powerless.

I'm an incurable optimist. I believe a well-organized group of good people can outwork, outvote, and outlast any machine. Chicago proved it before โ€” regular people have toppled political machines in this city. We can do it again.

I'm member #1. I'm not asking you to trust a platform. I'm asking you to trust your neighbors. Join us.

Wildfire is not a startup. It's not funded by venture capital or PACs. It's a civic tool built by a neighbor, for neighbors.

Chicago Is the Proving Ground

If neighbors can organize here โ€” in one of the most politically entrenched cities in America โ€” it can work anywhere.
